Edging & Fabrication
Our multiple glass edging and wide-ranging fabrication machinery provide the finishing touches to your custom glass products, always ensuring accurate and pristine edges, cut-outs, notches, and holes.
Glass Tempering
With an oversized bed, RGT’s forced convection jumbo furnace allows for heat-strengthened or tempered glass in sizes up to 96” x 168” and thicknesses of 3/16”- 3/4” to meet or exceed the toughest quality standards.
Insulated Glass
From our automatic spacer bending machine that allows for continuous corner-bent spacers to our automatic sealing robot that produces a reliable final seal of straight and shaped units, our fully automatic line offers dual seal polyisobutylene and silicone units with sizes up to 96” x 130.
Lamination
Offering custom-made annealed and tempered laminated glass with a variety of PVB, EVA, and SentryGlas® acoustic interlayer options and glass types. Options are available in clear, low-iron, and tinted glass at sizes up to 96” x 144” to meet any design requirement.
CNC & Waterjet
This equipment enables us to create intricate glass cut-outs and edge work with precision and efficiency. Whether you need custom cutouts, holes, or engravings, we can bring your designs to life.
